Title: First Lovers Kiss

Love begins with parting of the lips

drinking in the soul reflected in the eyes.

Passion sets the flame that steams and steeps romance savoring the sweet juices of a first kiss.

Fire burns at first touch

flushing faces transfixed

breath poised for a heart that must keep up.

Seduction of the mind is mutual and self inflected

thoughts are abandoning to the moment.

Eyes see only a mirage

a magical beauty

hot blood pulsing down to every cell

giving release in a flood

wet with anticipation.

Feverish breath softly escapes from lungs

exhausted

from a tension wanting to long in the making.

Lips rest easily on one another

parting only to exchange total compliance

to a passage of souls in a kiss.

Title: Frozen

Ablaze in cold majestic blue frozen in memory lost without your warmth I look for you everywhere.

Like ships we sail in harmony always in danger of collision never touching living barely above our own reflections.

Time is our wasteland busy moving meeting

an occasional glance as the world slides around us.

Let the mightiest tempest affect our course

I will always find you

Until the heat of our days makes us one

in our own gentle sea.

Title: All that is you

My passions irrupt, my muscles tense and harden finding liberation only in the soft aroma of you.

My thoughts linger with the slow ballet of lights and colors of your hair.

Your lips part to speak volumes of import guided by the great intellect of your mind but I see only your full mouth, sensuously in motion making my knees weak not affording me the posture to remain erect.

The pain of my distraction leaves me befuddled as I search for tranquility to understand how you happen to me.

My world is confused and all I know is in question seeking a re-genesis in your charms.

Is this the end of me,

what commitment does my soul make that I must pay to be near you?

Like the Santa Anna’s your essence blows hot and is dissipated in the cool ocean waters.

You have lingered nowhere

as a man I step with firm hands to touch all that is you.
